When you send an inquiry or request a quote we collect the details you choose to give us: name, company, phone number, email address, city and the contents of your message. We do not collect payment details through this website.
Why we collect it
- To answer your inquiry and prepare quotations.
- To arrange delivery, installation or technical support.
- To keep a record of the products and service we have supplied to you.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade your data. We do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.
Cookies
This site uses the minimum cookies needed to work — for example to remember the language you selected. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful; you can block it in your browser settings without affecting the site.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are kept for up to three years so we can support the equipment we supplied. After that they are deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Write to info@flex-jordan.com and we will respond within 30 days.
