These terms apply to all orders placed through this website with Flex Jordan.
Orders
All orders are subject to stock availability and confirmation. Prices are shown in Jordanian Dinars and include 16% sales tax.
Delivery
Delivery inside Jordan is charged at 3 JOD and is free for orders above 50 JOD. Delivery times are confirmed when the order is processed.
Payment
Payment is collected in cash on delivery.
Returns
Faulty or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Cut materials and opened consumables cannot be returned.
